Once we meet, we will show you some examples of our work and discuss different packages with you so you can make an informed decision on which one is right for you.
Once your happy we are right for you, we will take a deposit to secure your date. We will then give you a date letting you know when your next payment will be taken. This will vary depending if you are doing split payments or a one off price.
We will visit your location to have a look around so there are no surprises on the day. This will give you the opportunity to chat to us about where the ceremony will take place and what kind of shots you want us to capture. We can also find out if there will be any restrictions on the day, which sometimes can get overlooked! Sometimes recces are not always possible due to the location of the venue, its availability, amongst other factors, but we will always try our best!
Once we have visited the venue, that’s pretty much it for the prep stage! Rest assured, should anything change, we will communicate this before the day itself!
We will arrive in good time (which we will arrange with you beforehand). This is where we work our magic to capture your magical day in spectacular fashion. We will always be discreet, watching and capturing everything that goes on.
Once captured, your wedding video will be edited, which is where we get the bets bits and craft hundreds of clips into a captivating story. This is the most time consuming stage of the process, and can range from 30 days to 2 months depending on our workload. We will always edit videos as quickly as possible, but on the contrary, will never rush and compromise on quality, as we want your video to WOW you!
Once editing is completed, we will send your video electronically for your approval. This will give you the opportunity to give us feedback and allow us to make any changes you wish.
We will send your electronic file over to show you the final video complete with edited audio and with colour correction applied if selected.
If you selected a package which contain originals or you have purchased an upgrade, we will send these out shortly after sending your final video electronically.
